Property Description

This property offers country acreage with great views of our southern skies and local scenery - including Mesa Verde and the Ute Mountain. The home is a 3/3 on the main level, but that doesn't tell the whole story: there is a basement, mostly finished, with multiple rooms for crafts, hobbies, a library, theater, games, storage... a great amount of space for so many things. On the main level, the home offers a step-down living room/great room area with kitchen and dining, plus a formal dining room, too. Front and back entries provide space for dirty shoes and coats while keeping distance between the outdoors and inside. Much of this home has been updated or recently added, including bathrooms and bedrooms. Notice the attached two-car garage is connected to a workshop area which could be converted to additional garage space. More than 11 acres is included here; part of that includes a fenced area for horses, plus a 4-stall barn that has enough space to store about 300 small bales of hay, and a tack shed, water hydrant, and concrete feeder are on site. A chicken coop is available, too, along with a couple of apple and red currant trees. Various flowers, trees, and a small patch of grass comprise the landscaping, other than the natural terrain of this location. This is the perfect property for anyone looking for lots of space.
