Bayfield CO Neighborhoods
Dove Ranch
Situated in Bayfield, this subdivision consists of two distinct sections. The western segment showcases smaller, budget-friendly homes, while the eastern side boasts larger residences that capture breathtaking views of the La Plata Mountains and neighboring ranges in New Mexico. Enchanted Forest Estates
The name tells it all! Nestled within the pines, this neighborhood features plenty of flat lots ideal for year round homes. Each property needs its own water well, septic system, and bottled propane service. Road maintenance is handled by the HOA. The community is adjacent to the San Juan National Forest and offers excellent views of the Pine River.
Forest Lakes
Situated north of Bayfield, this subdivision comprises five phases, making it the county's most extensive development. It boasts various man-made amenities including a lake, central water and sewer, natural gas, trash service, and a nearby mail station at the entrance. Each phase offers distinct lot sizes and home types, averaging around 1 acre.
River Ranch
The Pine River flows right through this gated community, offering excellent fishing fed by Vallecito Reservoir. There's an irrigated canal and a private 16-acre island for picnics and hiking.
