Welcome to Fairway Estates, one of Cortez Colorado's Premier Golf Course communities located just off Highway 145 next to the Conquistador Golf Course. This beautiful community is home to several dozen properties and estates all along the golf course and is slightly set back from the course. It offers easy access to downtown Cortez, just a few miles south. It's minutes from the Toten Reservoir and offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, primarily single stories, around 2100 square feet.
