I was born about as far southeast in Colorado as you can get but Southwest Colorado is my favorite place to live! Southwest Colorado is spectacular geographically and a lovely place to live. Whether you love outdoor activities or thrive on indoor activities, this is the place to be!

In 2000, my family moved to Dove Creek, CO.  I loved the small agricultural based community where my sister had a family owned real estate business. The first year was spent as her assistant.  In 2001 I earned my real estate license and I haven't looked back. I found a career I love! Over the years we had offices in Dove Creek, Mancos and Cortez.  We settled our family office in Cortez until my sister recently retired.  I needed a new place to hang my license! We had looked at a United Country franchise years ago and had been very impressed but the timing wasn't right.  This time, the timing was right to join an office that was welcoming, professional, and had experience with everything from residential properties to active farms to resort properties to commercial properties. The brokers in this office are not only knowledgeable but so friendly!  

Through the years, I've been on the Four Corners Board of Realtors board, serving as vice- president, president and CREN director.  Education is very important to me and I have several designations.  CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute), e-Pro, RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and licensed Broker Manager (never needed this one but a very good program!)

I love helping people. Whether Sellers or Buyers, I'm happiest when spending time with people. Having worked as an associate broker selling residential, land, farms and a bit of commercial, I would love to help you either sell your property or find your dream property.
