I have lived in Colorado most of my life and began my real estate career in 1992 in Colorado Springs. 

I have sold many residential properties and you will feel more comfortable understanding the sale, from financing through closing, when you work with me as your agent.

After moving to Penrose, Colorado I also included farm and ranch, as well as land properties, in my sales. I have experience with water sales and water rights transfers, and I have served as a board member with the Penrose Water District, the Arkansas Basin RoundTable, and the Southeastern Water Conservancy District in Colorado.

My husband and I developed two small subdivisions in Penrose, from constructing roads and installing utilities, building and selling homes on small acreages. 

We moved to Hotchkiss, Colorado in 2015, then settled in Cahone in 2020 to live and work in an agricultural area with recreation, archeological ruins as well as a cultural and western heritage. I joined United Country Blue Sky Homes and Land in 2020 and I love the support and marketing that the United Country brand is all about.
